Shipping:

How long is your processing time?

Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. If your order contains a made to order item such as beaded earrings, please allow up to 2 weeks processing time. Most orders will not take this long to process, but I ask for this time in case of order volume or other outlying circumstances.

How long does shipping take?

Please note that post offices are experiencing delays. Once your order ships, you should typically expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.

My package is lost/stolen. What do I do?

Please note, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office. If the package is marked as delivered, you will need to contact your local carrier.

I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order.

Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure it is entered correctly. If entered wrong, please contact us as soon as you can. Once your order is shipped, you will be charged a second shipping fee to ship it again.

Returns:

What is your return policy?

All items must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the date delivered. Only online credit will be given for returns. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

What items are non-returnable?

All items in the sale section of the shop are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Any jewelry that is clearly worn will not be accepted for return. Returns on jewelry are only accepted if the item is damaged upon receipt.

Please note: orders can not be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

How do I request a return?

If you need to return an item, please email us at madebymelissaaaa@gmail.com. Please include the items you are wishing to return and your order number. A return label will be sent to you.
